This piece is a nice arrangement. Additionally, it can have several uses in your church ministry: offertory, communion song, or calm piece played during service time.

It can be shortened by playing the first two pages and then jumping directly to the last page. (perfect length offertory for most churches in which I have played)

A year ago, our church group had an activity of hiking a beautiful mountainous area, following which we had a picnic at the top. During the course of time, we broke into a “singspiration.” One of the songs that was presented was “Delight Yourself in the Lord.”
I love the words to this piece and the tune fits nicely with the lyrics.

Oh, yes, am I excited about this! This is an item I’ve looked for and hoped for (or something similar) for quite some time. You may be searching for a CD of Spanish hymns – good, Godly hymns in the Spanish language. Grabaciones de Selecciones de Himnos de la iglesia is a group of two CDs featuring each song in the hymnal Selecciones de Himnos de la iglesia. It features men singing the first verse of each song. It is performed a cappella, and the men sing in vocal parts.
It contains songs such as Holy, Holy, Holy (Santo, Santo, Santo), It Is Well (Estoy bien con mi Dios), What a Friend We Have in Jesus (Oh, que amigo nos es Cristo, and even Joy to the World (¡Al mundo paz!).
If you are wishing to learn Spanish Christian songs, this would be ideal, or if you enjoy singing Spanish hymns, this would likewise be a fun resource for you. Missionario? – ¡perfecto!

As also a music teacher, I am always on the lookout for good music sheets that students would enjoy which also teach great technique. The following two links are such a source. These have worked well for someone who has already learned some hymns or is advanced enough to read intermediate level hymn arrangements.
